During this time Randy has acted as lead counsel in numerous, lengthy trials in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Federal Court of Canada, as well as in both domestic and international commercial arbitrations. In addition, Randy has appeared as lead appellate counsel in both the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Randy is a highly skilled negotiator who has successfully resolved matters of critical significance to his clients and disputes involving hundreds of millions of dollars. He has been a seminar course lecturer on negotiations at the University of British Columbia Law School.
